His Eminence Dr. Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubajje, the Mufti of Uganda, is representing the nation at a high-profile international conference in Tehran, Iran, themed “Holy Qur’an & International Diplomacy.”
The event has drawn scholars, diplomats, and religious leaders from over 30 countries, including the UAE, Turkey, Russia, and Malaysia, to explore how Islamic principles can shape global diplomacy and address modern challenges.
